Are you passionate about making a difference and contributing to the success of the PAREB National Election?
If you are attending the National Convention this year, we invite you to join our dedicated team of volunteers and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and transparent election process. By volunteering, you'll have the opportunity to actively participate and help shape the future of our organization.

To register for the NatCon, please contact your board secretariat.
The deadline for NatCon registration is October 10, 2025, 12 NN. Members who have registered and paid their NatCon fees by this cutoff time will be included in the pre-qualified voters list.
Attendance is monitored using unique QR codes sent to registered and validated participants via email.
If you haven’t received your QR code, this might mean your registration or payment hasn’t been validated yet. Please contact the PAREB Bookkeeper to confirm your payment or re-register through the PAREB PIXEL platform. You can also report this issue via the online inquiry form.
Yes. The QR code is required for attendance monitoring and eligibility to vote. If you are unable to present a QR code, you may not be considered for voting unless your payment is validated, and registration is confirmed by October 10, 2025, 12 PM. This will also be used for the PRC CPD Attendance Monitoring.

Election of Director-at-Large (all eligible members nationwide will vote).

If you face any technical issues with the voting platform, please contact the regional deputies assigned to your region. You can report the issue using the online inquiry form, and the deputies will assist you in resolving the problem.
Yes. If you encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved in time, you may be eligible for manual voting. Your regional deputy will assist you with the process.
To be eligible to vote, your QR code must be scanned during the morning session on October 11, 2025. Only attendees whose QR codes are scanned one hour before the election starts will receive voting credentials via email.
If your QR code is not scanned, you will not be included in the final voter eligibility list. Ensure you check in with your regional deputy before the voting session begins.
The mock election is designed to ensure that the voting system works smoothly and to identify any issues before the official election. It will take place on October 10, 2025, from 5 PM to 9 PM.
Participation in the mock election is highly encouraged. It allows you to test your login credentials and ensure that everything is working properly before the actual election.
If you experience any issues during the mock election (e.g., login problems, email not received), please report it to your regional deputy. The issue will be resolved before the official election.
Your voting credentials will be sent via email after the final attendance check on October 11, 2025. Please make sure your email inbox is not full and that you have access to your email during the event.
If you don’t receive your voting credentials, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, report the issue using the online inquiry form, and your regional deputy will assist you.
Candidate profiles, posters, and video messages will be posted on the COMELEC website two days after submission, which is September 27, 2025.
No. Only those who have paid their NatCon fees and registered by October 10, 2025, 12 NN will be included in the pre-qualified voters list.

Good Morning, fellow PAREB members.
I am Atty. Raymond Batu, candidate for Regional Director. We all know the persistent issues in our profession — colorum practitioners, the absence of a clear Code of Ethics, and the lack of unity. But these problems share one root: We still do not have the Accredited Integrated Professional Organization, or AIPO, that the RESA Law requires. My advocacy is clear: Let us establish our AIPO. With one integrated body, we can resolve the colorum issue, set and enforce ethical standards, and finally be recognized as one professional family. An AIPO is the foundation — and once it is in place, everything else will follow.

Accountability, Transparency, Good Governance & Relationship building/fostering

1. Ethics and Education: Promote high ethical standards and ongoing education for members.
2. Innovation and Technology: Encourage tech adoption and provide market research access.
3. Legislative Advocacy and Policy Influence: Strengthening PAREB's influence on legislation to support the real estate industry, protect consumers, and promote sustainable development.
4. Unifying PAREB: Through enhanced inter-board collaboration, honoring senior members' contributions, and facilitating knowledge exhange to achieve strategic organizational goals.

G - Genuine Governance advocating ethical, effective & accountable service for PAREB Members.
A - Action Oriented through structural planning of programs and projects that will benefit PAREB Members.
B - Balanced Treatment through equality and fairness of support and resources for PAREB Members.
O - Open-minded to positive perspectives, views, ideas of members as well as to innovations, improvements and breakthroughs for PAREB.

A- AIPO and advancement of real estate knowledge and applicable laws and regulations.
B- Best practices that are aligned to ethical and legal standards.
C- Coaching/mentorship to new real estate brokers
camaraderie and collaboration with fellow real estate brokers

Serve PAREB with transparency and good governance. Support AIPO creation. And work hard to get back our NAR (National Assoc. of Realtors) Accreditation.

I sought a seat in the National Directorate because I believe in raising the standards of our profession, strengthening unity among chapters, and ensuring that the voice of every broker - especially from Mindanao - is heard and valued. My advocacy is rooted in integrity, service, and innovation, and my goal is to contribute to building a stronger, more inclusive, and future ready PAREB.

Serve PAREB with transparency and good governance. Support AIPO creation. And work hard to get back our NAR (National Assoc. of Realtors) Accreditation.
